Sessions: Sessions will be comprised of 45 minutes of individual skill work (each player will get at least 125 to 200 touches of the ball depending on how hard they work), 30 minute Team Clinic (each session will focus on a different aspect of lacrosse, example: Off Ball Play, Transition, Man Up Man Down, Face-Offs, etc.), the final 15 minutes will be used for speed and agility training.

Elite Training Sessions focus on building each players individual skills as well as increasing your knowledge of team play, and conditioning. Unlike fall leagues where players only get about 20 touches a game, each player at our Elite Training sessions will get well over a 125 touches of he ball increasing your skills and making you a better player.
