Team Turnpike ELITE Lacrosse will be running Fall Training for boys sessions starting Sunday, September 27th through Sunday, October 25th. Sessions will be hosted from 9:00am until 10:30am at Van Horne Fields in Montgomery (off of Route 206, behind the Princeton Fitness and Wellness Center parking lot) for players in grades 3-12. These sessions are designed to make each participant a more complete player. Coaches will be focusing on all aspects of the game: individual skills, team concepts, and light conditioning. 45 minutes of skill work and 45 minutes of small sided games. Guaranteed to help take your game to the NEXT LEVEL! All players are welcome. Each participant will receive ELITE treatment! Players will be broken up by grade and ability.
Directors: Kerry C. Weigner and Jason Carter
Coaches: Team Turnpike Staff Members (which includes Local High School Head and Assistant Coaches, as well as local college players from Princeton University and Rutgers University)
Age Level: Players in Grades 3 through 8, separated according to grade and ability (Grades 3-4, 5-6, and 7-8) All players welcome, there is no prerequisite of having played on a summer team for Team Turnpike in order to attend the Elite Training Sessions.
Fee: $150 Early Bird Special for month of August, $175 Fee after September 1st with an early registration discount for payments received before September 20 ($195 after 9/21)

Schedule: Sessions will be comprised of 45 minutes of individual skill work (player’s should see at least 200 to 300 touches of the ball); 30-minute Team Clinic (each session will focus on a different aspect of lacrosse, example: Off-Ball Play, Transition, Man-Up/Man-Down, Face-Offs, etc.); the final 15 minutes of each session will be used for speed and agility training.
