Times of Sessions:  Six one Hour Sessions
Purpose:  To prepare and sharpen your skills for your Spring season
Details: Preseason Training sessions will be comprised of 60 minutes of individual skill work (each player will get at least 200 to 300 touches of the ball). Elite Training Sessions focus on building each players individual skills, increasing their lacrosse knowledge, and provides hidden conditioning. Players will be pushed to work hard and maximize their talents! Players are broken up according to grade, size, and ability.
 
Individual Skill (Midfielders, Attackman, and Defensemen) that will be covered: -Catching and Throwing Techniques and Drills -Dodging -Shooting Techniques and Drills -On the Run and Off the Dodge Shooting -Time and Room Shooting -Defensive Footwork -Defensive Checks

Offensive and Defensive Training Sessions and Preseason Shooting Sessions

Offensive and Defensive Training Sessions will be comprised of individual and team skills, concepts, and communication for Attackman, Midfielders, Defenders, and Goalies. Skills, concepts, and communication will be taught through drills, teaching sessions, and scrimmaging.
Individual Offensive concepts covered: Dodging to shoot and feed from behind and above the cage, stick position, field vision, offensive recognition, proper communication, clearing space, crease positioning, and much more
Individual Defensive concepts covered:  Footwork, body position, checking, holds, sliding, filling, communication, and much more
Team Concepts covered: 1 v 1 building up to 6 v 6, Uneven play 2 v 1, building up to 6 v 5
Gender: Male
Grades: 5-8 and 9-12 Players will be split up according to grade and skill level
Prerequisite: Must be able to catch and throw. Not intended for beginning or novice players. Sessions are designed for competitive, advanced, and elite players
Time: 3 Two hour Training Sessions 6:00pm to 8:00pm
Dates: Monday nights January 2^nd, 9^th, and 16^th
